Robert ‘RJ’ Cipriani filed the suit on Monday in federal court for Nevada, naming the casino as well as former executive Scott Sibella, who was fired last month after Resorts World said he had ‘violated company policies’. A high roller has filed a lawsuit against Resorts World Las Vegas, alleging that the famed casino allowed a convicted fraudster to menace and harass him from the back of a mobility scooter. Text messages included in the suit show that over the course of that July, Cipriani complained to Joseph Tatonetti, RWLV’s Surveillance Operations Manager, about the presence of Alexander and two other high rollers, Brandon Sattler and babu88 Edwin Ting. Now that Mr. Cipriani has chosen to pursue these matters in federal court, we look forward to establishing their lack of merit in that forum as well,’ he added.
